Delivery Policy


WHERE do we deliver?
Anywhere in Australia and to most countries.
Small items (under 2 kg and under 1.05m in length) can be delivered to PO Boxes. Larger items require a street address.


WHEN do we despatch?
Within 24 hours of order payment receipt, except; on weekends, as mutually agreed, during high-volume periods such as holiday and promotion periods, or as may be otherwise stated.



BETWEEN what hours do we deliver?
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm.


WHAT process do we use for providing shipping information?
Once you've made your purchase, a confirmation is sent to your email address.
Once the goods are despatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.

WHAT are the delivery costs?
On each product page, we provide a shipping calculator for instant pricing to most locations Australia-wide. Some remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD and remote W.A. If you live in a remote area, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order.


WHAT are the delivery times?
Between 2-6 days, depending on where your item is being shipped. To rural areas, shipping can take up to 14 days.
Note: to offer the most competitive shipping prices, we use a variety of carriers. When you use the shipping calculator, our system will offer you the lowest-cost option.


Customs and duty charges (International deliveries)
Deliveries to some countries may incur customs and import-related fees on arrival. Please check with your local authorities, as all additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
