Additionally, the ProVent oil separator protects your diesel engine by minimizing the quantity of oil entering the engine via the crankcase ventilation system's blow-by-gas. By not fitting a Direction-Plus™ ProVent system, it is likely that your engine will experience a progressive reduction in performance. Direction-Plus™ ProVent system is specifically designed to separate and redirect oil and air from crankcase blow-by gas while also providing the option of returning the oil to the sump.
Why Do You Need a Catch Can Kit?

The blow-by-gas problem is compounded by modern engines fitted with exhaust gas recirculation systems (EGR) whereby a proportion of the exhaust gas is routed back into the engine. With the presence of oil from the crankcase ventilation system, the oil collects exhaust particles. This combination of oil & exhaust particles from the EGR builds up to a point where it blocks inlet manifolds and valves, resulting in reduced engine performance or failure. The images attached are typical examples of the build-up in engines not fitted with a suitable vehicle-specific catch can.

Should you choose free pick-up and your item is not in stock at your chosen location, a free stock transfer is available (excluding trays & canopies). Stock transfers occur on a fortnightly basis and will require additional handling time.
For shipping orders, we aim to keep your cost as low as possible. The shipping rates on our website are calculated from the warehouse nearest to you to ensure you get the best deal. If your item isn't available nearby, we might need a little extra time to handle your order. Also, items can be combined to reduce shipping costs.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. This also applies to orders cancelled during transit. If your original purchase price includes shipping, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost. A refund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirm the item is in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.
