The Hexatherm 2D mattress will help keep you warm and comfortable at night. The insulation in this mat is "off the charts". The fully bonded fabric to foam provides a firmer sleep and makes this a perfect solution for anyone who wants more warmth, comfort, and uninterrupted sleep.

The Self-Inflating Valve

Self-inflation is a great way to help get your mattress set up quickly. While self-inflating sleeping mats aren't intended to inflate completely, they are designed to get you most of the way there. There will generally be some room for manual inflation whether that comes from your lungs or a pump, your mat will be completely customisable to your comfort preferences. This is one of the great advantages of self-inflating sleeping mats: they are vastly easier to inflate than air mats.

Generally, it will take up to 10 minutes for our self-inflating mats to inflate. The variance is due to a few different contributors: core construction, trained compression, elevation, and temperature. It's important to use the valves correctly to ensure that the air is flowing into the mattress efficiently and sealed to keep it secure. The triple-function valve on the 2D Hexatherm mats makes inflating and deflating a breeze.

All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt, except; on weekends, as mutually agreed, during high-volume periods such as holiday and promotion periods, or as may be otherwise stated. 

Free pick-up (click and collect) is available from all locations listed above. Please contact us to confirm stock is available prior to your arrival. You will need to present a government-issued I.D., for all prepaid pick-ups. 

Should you choose free pick-up and your item is not in stock at your chosen location, a free stock transfer is available (excluding trays & canopies). Stock transfers occur on a fortnightly basis and will require additional handling time. 

For shipping orders, we aim to keep your cost as low as possible. The shipping rates on our website are calculated from the warehouse nearest to you to ensure you get the best deal. If your item isn't available nearby, we might need a little extra time to handle your order. Also, items can be combined to reduce shipping costs.

Some remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD, and remote W.A. If you live in a remote area, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. This also applies to orders cancelled during transit. If your original purchase price includes shipping, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost. A refund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirm the item is in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.

 


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

The item needs to be returned and will be replaced or a full refund or credit provided. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to make a claim.

When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage prior to installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP.

Please include your order number and specific description of damage/problem, photos and a clear explanation of your reason.
