MAINTENANCE:

  1. Remove the Dash Mat
  2. Shake the dash mat outside to remove any loose dirt, dust, or debris.
  3. Vacuum (Optional). For a deeper clean, especially if your dash mat has accumulated a lot of dust, use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment. Gently vacuum the mat to remove fine particles.
  4. Spot Clean Stains. If there are any stains on the dash mat, spot-clean them using a mild detergent mixed with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as these can damage the mat's material.
  5. Hand Wash. Fill a sink with lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Submerge the dash mat in the water and gently agitate it to remove dirt. Do not use hot water, as it can cause the mat to shrink or warp.
  6. Rinse Thoroughly. After washing, rinse the dash mat thoroughly with clean water to remove all soap residues. Make sure the water runs clear, indicating that all detergent has been washed away.
  7. Air Dry. Do not wring out the dash mat, as it can damage its shape and structure. Instead, gently shake off the excess water and lay the mat flat or hang it to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources, as these can cause fading or warping. Ensure the mat is completely dry before placing it back on the dashboard.
  8. Reinstall. Once the dash mat is dry, carefully place it back on the dashboard. Adjust it to fit properly, ensuring it does not obstruct the vehicle's vents or controls.

    By following these steps, you can keep your dash mat looking and performing its best, extending its lifespan and maintaining the appearance of your vehicle's interior. Regular cleaning, especially after exposure to sunlight or spills, can help prevent fading and deterioration.

All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt, except; on weekends, as mutually agreed, during high-volume periods such as holiday and promotion periods, or as may be otherwise stated. 

Free pick-up (click and collect) is available from all locations listed above. Please contact us to confirm stock is available prior to your arrival. You will need to present a government-issued I.D., for all prepaid pick-ups. 

Should you choose free pick-up and your item is not in stock at your chosen location, a free stock transfer is available (excluding trays & canopies). Stock transfers occur on a fortnightly basis and will require additional handling time. 

For shipping orders, we aim to keep your cost as low as possible. The shipping rates on our website are calculated from the warehouse nearest to you to ensure you get the best deal. If your item isn't available nearby, we might need a little extra time to handle your order. Also, items can be combined to reduce shipping costs.

Some remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD, and remote W.A. If you live in a remote area, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. This also applies to orders cancelled during transit. If your original purchase price includes shipping, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost. A refund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirm the item is in a resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.

 


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
